The building is well maintained and is in probably the best location in the old neighborhood of Koukaki, 3 minutes’ walk (200m) away from Dionysiou Areopagitou.

The apartment is fully renovated in 2022 with new facilities, whilst the original features of the house, high ceilings, hardwood floors, mosaic floor have been retained.
With two beautifully decorated furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms one en-suite can accommodate up to 5 guests. The Apartment is perfect for two couples or a family to enjoy life like a local in the oldest part of the city. Great asset of the apartment is its exclusive balcony with a view to the Acropolis rock of Athens allowing you to relax and enjoy the ancient vibe of Athens.

The proximity of the apartment to the most significant Archaeological Monuments of Athens, the Parthenon, the Acropolis Museum, Odeon of Herodes Atticus, Theatre of Dionysus makes it an amazing place when visiting Athens. The Koukaki neighborhood offers a unique range of cultural shops, bars, restaurants, and traditional Greek Taverns.
