The space:

On the top level of the home, we have a fully equipped kitchen and roomy dining room table, perfect for dinners with family and friends. The living room, centered around a cozy gas fireplace, offers a stylish space to relax after a day of exploring.

The top level also includes the King primary suite with en-suite bathroom and private deck, complete with a hot tub and fire pit. Across the way is a second bedroom with a Queen bed, and shared hall bathroom with a shower. Laundry is also on this level. The open-floor plan maximizes space and natural light, letting you take in the Catskill mountain views and evening sunsets. The top level offers access to the wrap-around deck that's nestled among the tree tops, with a dining table, gas grill, and charcoal grill. With a safety gate, the deck is a beautiful place to unwind for the whole family, including kids and pets.

Descending down the spiral stairs there is a lower level, which also has a private entrance from the outdoors. There are two additional Queen bedrooms, one of which also has a desk for remote work. This level also offers a cozy TV den, to set the scene for movie nights or a board game after a day of hiking and skiing.

The Circle House welcomes the whole family. Amenities for babies and toddlers are available for use, such as a pack-n-play (with sheets), high chair, monitor, and baby gate. Dogs are welcome, and are encouraged to visit the lakefront “secret” dog beach nearby.

With the house being nestled in the Sleepy Hollow Lake community, guests may enjoy access to the lake beach, seasonal pool, tennis courts, lakefront picnic tables/grills, and playgrounds.
