House is located in the quiet, transitioning Westside Atlanta neighborhood which is 5 minutes to Holmes Marta Station, Westside Park, and I-20. It is located 10 minutes to Mercedez Benz Stadium, State Farm Area, Downtown, West Midtown, and Six Flags. It is located 15-20 minutes to Midtown Atlanta, Georgia State, and Georgia Tech. There are three desks for working, ample dining space, and a kitchen perfect for putting your culinary skills to use. There are three Smart TVs and high speed internet. The back yard is fully fenced in. Note: there is no guarantee that the hot tub isn’t undergoing routine maintenance during your stay.

The property was super easy to find. With the pet friendly back yard and hot tub it makes it most enjoyable for relaxing. Hop skip and a jump to Marta for all your transportation needs makes is a nice location.

Host is great. For us the property was fine as we needed to be at GA Tech all week and had a dog with us. The yard is fenced in which was great for us. The parking isn’t the best with a shared driveway but again we had 1 car so it was fine. WiFi worked well. Tv in master didn’t really have any value as it didn’t connect to anything but the couch was nice and the other bedroom tv worked fine. Kitchen is nice cabinets and beautiful countertops with a big fridge/freezer. The flooring is a little rough. Seems like it was put in new but maybe had some water damage? Some soft spots and there was a water stain in the family room ceiling. A fresh coat of paint and maybe some subfloor work may be needed. Bed rooms are decent sized and beds were good to sloop in. The washer and dryer worked very well. We never used the hot tub but it looked good although there was a lot of tree droppings on the deck and the outside table etc. still nice to have. There are a lot of loud dogs in the area. It’s not the best neighborhood but certainly not the worst and all the people we encountered were very friendly. If you want a place to stay that is functional this is fine. If you are needing a really upscale fancy place this probably isn’t what you want. If you have more than 2 cars in your group this would be a challenge or you must park in the road. Would I stay again? Yes because it fit what we needed and was easy to get to places

The place was an absolute mess when we got there. Very dirty. I tried to sweet up the floors but they were so bad. There was no vacuum or mop to clean with. We found maybe 5 lysol wipes to try and disinfect the bathrooms. I am 34 weeks pregnant and have 3 young children. The house was not stayable. Not even to mention that place needs to be check for mold. We ended up leaving after getting nowhere with our attempt to clean it up. I highly do NOT recommend this home. I run a airb&b and know how all of this works and it is completely unacceptable. We've honesty never had a place this bad. The rugs have never been vacuumed and full of stains. Master shower was disgusting and full of hair,mold, and grime. The owner claimed to have moped before we arrived but i have pictures to prove otherwise and backup every complaint i have. It baffles me how they have the reviews they do. It was definitely a bummer and ruined our last family trip before the baby arrives. Please save your money and go elsewhere. The owner mentioned to me how much a night it cost and that is why i got what i did upon arrival. Which is insane. Cleanliness is number one in my book. It should be fresh and clean for each guest. That house needs more work then i can even imagine. But keeping it clean would definitely help with a lot. But they have let it get so far gone.

The location and property were perfect for our trip! The host was very easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any questions. We had our dogs with us so the fully fenced in back yard was a huge plus. The house was roomy and clean and very close to the interstate. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

The host was very responsive. No issues checking in or out. The area is quite a bit older, but the house itself had the interior remodeled and was in good condition. The jacuzzi was a nice bonus.Be careful coming up the driveway as to not scrape your vehicle and only pull up to the stairs to avoid a brick over wiring. There were some issues with a neighbor’s dog constantly barking one night, blaring music, and honking at all hours of the night as well. Would recommend using white noise.

Good: Beds were comfy and hot tub worked. Bad: Was a little concerned about being warned of electrical wire on the driveway covered by a brick. The drive way is VERY steep and has a huge hole in the front so our vehicle scraped the bottom coming and going (parked on street during the stay because of it)Was warned to wear footwear on back porch and fenced in yard because of glass and or sharp objects?!? Guess its inside only for the kids! Killed 2 cockroaches (you're welcome).Shower curtain in master bath was moldy at the bottom.2 very distinct spots in the main kitchen area feel like you are going to fall right through the floor.

The house was what we hoped for. The barking dogs surrounding the property were nonstop at times including during the night. And the driveway is in poor condition. Scraped my bottom going in would have been nice to know ahead of time. House inside was fantastic. Flooring is aged.
