House Rules:

-Please be respectful of your neighbors in regard to noise, don’t overload the house, 10 people are max for your own convenience.
-Please clean up after using the kitchen. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.
-No smoking anywhere in the house.
-No parties
-Pets under 20 LBs are permitted.
-Park in the driveway max 5 car, notify for arrangement if you use more than 5 cars
-Limit the backyard access around the patio only.
-Please do not flush the tissues/sanitary napkin in the toilet.
-Please put the trash in the trash can only, there's an extra trash can in the back patio if you need more.
-Please put the trash can by the curb on your check out day or every Tuesday.
