Not quite what I expected
First off The property was difficult to find, we even door dashed and ordered pizza and both delivery drivers had difficulty finding the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, the building and surrounding area however was littered with trash, the hallway was covered in garbage from the other tenants in the building, and the floor of the breezeway was stickyâŠ.like really sticky, some sort of something was spilled and not cleaned up. The view off the back deck was just littered with trash in the tree line. I was kind of taken aback at the amount of trash everywhere.
The beds were the most uncomfortable beds Iâve ever slept in. I swear Iâm not a picky person but they were hard and then covered in plastic and a foam egg crate thing. That plus the flat pillows and no night stands made for less than optimal sleep.
The front door did not feel very secure. The door handle would not latch. Only the deadbolt worked, but it could have easily been pushed open, and judging from the previous damage to the door jam that has happened here before.
I wouldnât really stay here again, the neighbors were all very nice and the kids enjoyed playing with everyone at the pool, it was just not a good fit for us.
