This newly renovated one bedroom King Suite offers an aesthetically pleasing touch including Stainless Steel Appliances, upscale Kitchen and Top Tier amenities. The community features a Lounge, Exercise Room, Business Center, and Pool! This property is directly located on the Beltline with Beautiful City Views! It is within walking distance of great eateries, shops, and nightlife!
The Community Rules apply to all Guests and visitors. Conduct yourself at all times in a lawful, courteous, and reasonable manner.

No smoking, vaping, parties or events in unit or on property grounds.

Community quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. In the case of an emergency call 911. Direct any questions about your stay and maintenance concerns to your Host.

The Community Staff cannot provide keys or access devices. If you have any questions or issues, please contact your Host or Airbnb.

The unit was exactly as listed. Though there is some wear, equipped with everything we needed. The location was fantastic for us to walk right down to the beltline, restaurants and Krog Street Market. Check-in and out was a breeze and ArielI was quick to respond with any questions we had. Definitely would choose the unit again for ATL beltline trips!!!

Everything was as it was advertised!

Communication with the host was stellar from booking and throughout. She always responded within 20-30 minutes. I had a slight technical issue with the entry gate code but Ariell was on the phone with me to get me into the gate and the suite. The neighborhood is quite vibrant but the outdoors noise began to quiet down as the sun went down. The property is close to shopping, downtown and highways are easy to get to. It's an apartment, so there will be some noise from the neighbors above abs below. I experienced heavy walking all day and into the night from upstairs and loud music from the apartment below. Yes, I'll be staying again!

Great stay and great host!

We stayed here for 2 days and it was wonderful. Great location and complex was great. Ariell is very communicative and a great host. The space was very homey and had all we needed. Great neighborhood as well. Highly recommend to everyone!

Great Apartment on the Beltline

Lovely apt and beautifully decorated. Everything was super clean and Ariell was a wonderful host. Her apt has everything you’ll need for a stay and she’s prompt with her communication. There are not a lot of hotels in the area so this is a great spot if you want to be on the Beltline. Being able to park in the parking garage on the same floor as the apt is a huge plus in this area. I also Llove that the Beltline has so much to offer within easy walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again!

Seemingly Brand New Stay

This place was pristine, and felt new. In fact I was the first to use the pots and pans. I know this because I took the pricetag off of them haha. The decor is very white so for the host Ariell's sake but be a slob. I was a little confused on the entry process but figured it out once I looked at the check procedure sent in the email. The keyless entry to get unlocked is tricky. I just used the key everyday. The bed is firm but I still slept good. There is a nice balcony. And the place is in a great spot for restaurants. Its in a hot spot community hang out area. Easy walk downstairs to a very lively nightlife. Highly recommended.
