Cozy industrial loft with rooftop close to FIFA

Opening specifically during FIFA! We're a half mile from Mercedes Benz and close to so many Atlanta amenities, yet you're situated in a cozy environment in the historic and artsy neighborhood of Castleberry Hill. And with private parking to boot.

The loft itself is in the courtyard of a converted historic building in Castleberry Hill — one of Atlanta's oldest neighborhoods, right on the edge of downtown. It's been thoughtfully renovated but still feels like what it actually is: a building with real history and bones that a new construction can't replicate. Wood-plank ceilings, exposed steel trusses, whitewashed brick, concrete and hardwood floors depending on where you're standing. The two levels are connected by an original spiral staircase that leads up to your private rooftop with scenic views of downtown and the stadium.

Living Area
The main space is open and generous. Deep sectional, glass coffee table, walnut credenza with a vinyl turntable and Bluetooth speakers along the back wall. There are plants everywhere — trailing from shelves, climbing around the TV wall, hanging from the ceiling on the raised level. It's warm in a way that's hard to manufacture. Put a record on, pour something, settle in. You'll notice some art pieces from local artists charity hamidullah (who painted the largest commissioned street mural in Georgia you'll see in neighborhood) and linda mcneil.

Kitchen
This kitchen gets used. Marble waterfall island with four stools, gas range with a pot filler overhead, wine fridge and microwave built into the island, stainless refrigerator, and a dedicated espresso bar with both a Breville machine and a Keurig on the counter. Whether you're cooking a full meal, pregaming before a match, or just making a proper cup of coffee in the morning — it's all here.

Bedroom
The primary bedroom is calm and minimal. King bed with quality linens, dual nightstands, natural light, and enough space to actually breathe. The second bedroom doubles as a media room — projector screen on the wall, loveseat positioned across from it. Good for catching an early morning match from another time zone or a late night debrief after a long match day.

Closet
Dedicated closet that includes shelving and shoe storage, as well as another mobile clothing rack available.

Washer & Dryer
These are available for your use!

Bathroom
Walk-in glass shower with handmade zellige tile, dual built-in niches, teak floor, vessel sink on a warm wood vanity with open shelving. It's the kind of bathroom that slows you down in a good way. Not a hotel bathroom — better.

Workspace
A standing desk with a monitor is set up on the raised studio level, tucked away enough to focus but still connected to the rest of the home. Strong wifi throughout. If you're working remotely and using Atlanta as a base during the tournament, this works as a proper setup — not just a kitchen table with a laptop.

The Rooftop
Up the spiral staircase and through the door is your private rooftop deck. Mercedes-Benz Stadium sits half a mile away — visible, lit up on match nights, impossible to miss. The Atlanta skyline fills the rest of the view. Sectional seating, a dining table that seats four, string lights, open sky.

Castleberry Hill & The Westside
You're in one of Atlanta's oldest and most storied neighborhoods — murals on the buildings, independent restaurants and bars within walking distance, the creative energy of the westside right outside. Close enough to downtown to walk when you want to, residential enough to decompress when you need to. It's a good place to be based for a week.

What's Here
Private rooftop deck with stadium and skyline views, fully equipped kitchen with espresso bar and wine fridge, gas range with pot filler, king bedroom with quality linens, projector screen media room, walk-in glass shower, dedicated workspace with standing desk, turntable and speaker system, strong wifi, one private garage parking space included.

Any questions before you book, feel free to message. We'll take care of you.
