LevelUp Sunshine Stay.

You are invited to my beautiful, cozy apartment located in a quiet friendly neighborhood, lot's of things to do. We have pool that's available 24hrs for your relaxation, fitness on demands, Internet, free parking and gated garage that parks 2 vehicles.

I am very understanding and easy to talk to, all I ask is that you communicate with me UP FRONT. My intentions are for you to have the most pleasant stay imaginable, not to charge you fees but please understand that the rules set in place are for good reason and therefore will have to be enforced. ANY EXCEPTIONS to any rules will have to be discussed and agreed to by the host prior to check in. Please don’t hesistate to ask any questions. I am here to help!
Must be 21 & up to book.
4 guest are included in your booking. Each additional overnight guest is $25 per person/night and will be added after your initial booking
VIOLATIONS & FEES
DO NOT GO TO THE FRONT DESK for any reason whatsoever. Please contact me if need anything and I’ll be more than happy to help.
NO PETS. NO SMOKING (Cigarette monitors will alert the host when smoke is present).
NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE. NO PARTIES & NO LARGE GROUPS.
NO eating or drinking in the bedrooms
Do not move or rearrange furniture.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Noise complaints can result in termination of your stay.
A small peaceful gathering is ok but all guest must be checked in. If you have guests be sure to meet them outside to walk them in.
Lost key fob $250 replacement fee
Smoking fee $500
Pet fee $350 (plus the cost of any damage)

Early Check-In options: (available after you complete your booking)
2:00 PM: $50
3:00 PM: $25
Late Check-Out options:
12:00 PM: $25
1:00 PM: $50
If you would like to check in early or check out late please let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so that we can make sure we have time to accomodate your request if at all possible. Please check out at the standard time or agreed upon requested time or you will be billed the above fee for checking out late. Thanks!
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
Turn off all lights, ceiling fans and televisions.
Place trash outside door in trash can and tie bag.
THEFT/DAMAGES
All of our units are inventoried upon guest check-out. Any items missing will be billed at cost, plus a $250 service fee. Front door camera present. Any damage to the unit itself or anything in the unit will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Violation of these rules will result in a cancellation of your booking and no refund plus any fees stated above.
