This property does have a pool (not heated) which is located in the backyard (backyard is not a paradise, nothing fancy, no landscaping it's very basic and we keep it very basic to keep the price of the property at a value for guests. Although we strive to have a crystal clear water pool we are at the mercy of Mother Nature. We have a weekly pool service (not daily), but we do provide a net to use daily to clean the leaves out of the pool as it is surrounded by trees. Pool can be enjoyed from May though Oct, (you can enjoy in April at times, however, you will be greeted with lots of yellow pollen everyday as in the south everything blooms and the pollen is very thick for weeks). Property is pet friendly with an $85 pet fee stay ($25 for additional pets, we request this after you book)). Property offers plenty of parking, a large front yard and a semi fenced in backyard. (dogs less than 25 pounds may be able to find an area or two that they can fit through, pets should not be left alone outside)

The Person booking the reservation MUST BE present as you are responsible for your Guests OR arrangements made with management (fines & immediate termination of the reservation may apply)

* You must assure that everyone staying in the property has read the house rules.

* Only the primary guests are allowed to make requests to us since you are responsible for the property during your stay.

* No filming or commercial endeavors on our property without written permission from management.

*Any stays Longer than 7 days will be billed an additional cleaning charge of $75.00 for every 7 days

*** We welcome all pets! We do have an $85 fee for the fist pet and a $25 for second. If traveling with a service dog, please answer the below questions.

(1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? And

(2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform? We are not asking what your disability is (as we know that is not allowed)
