Transportation is a breeze from this central location. A surface parking lot is available right next to the building, and a secure parking deck sits just one block away. Street parking can also be found nearby, though it may be limited. Please note: parking fees are not included in the rental and must be paid separately.

If you prefer to skip driving, Uber and Lyft are always less than 5 minutes away and very affordable, making it simple to explore Atlanta without the hassle of parking. With so many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, you may find you don’t even need a car during your stay.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
