Unit B is accessed from the rear of the building, off Elizabeth Street. The rear parking area accommodates 2 vehicles (1 per unit). Entry is via a digital keypad code provided before check-in. Free street parking is also available; overnight vehicles must be registered with the make, model, and license plate. See listing photos for a visual guide.

Two bedrooms are located on the main level near a full bathroom, while the third bedroom sits just beyond a mezzanine lounge, providing added privacy along with a futon, desk, and its own full bathroom. There are 2 total parking spaces on the property—one assigned per unit. Spaces are first come, first served. Smaller vehicles are encouraged to park on the right side of the driveway, in front of the fire pit.

Additional free street parking is available, but guests must provide the make, model, and license plate for any vehicle parked overnight on the street.
