LOVE staying at our cozy, our family of five loves it.
Condo has Easy access since it’s on first floor from parking lot across from Putt Putt Course and Office. You are in same complex as indoor pool too for those rainy days!

Come and visit our second home! 2 bedroom 2 Bath 1st floor condo at A Place at the Beach III. Court yard view watch your kids play from the balcony. Full size BUNK beds and King bed in bedrooms. The complex is the best one on the beach with a 150' Waterslide, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, miniature golf course, basketball court, tennis court and ping pong! The complex also has both gas and charcoal grills and a mini-store on site
My Condo has 2 bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a King bed and private bath with a flat screen TV. The second bedroom offers two Full beds that are bunk beds with a 32inch HD tv with blue ray player. Perfect for kids. This unit sleeps 6 comfortably. The living room has a 50' flat screen HD TV with a Blu-ray player and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a dining area, drink bar, large washer, large dryer and dish washer.

Fantastic Room & Resort

Our family enjoyed the accommodations very comfortably and the resort amenities. We knew a couple of other families staying there and our condo was well furnished for the 5 of us with plenty of room compared to their rooms. Thank you, Parkers!

Great Unit @ APATB!

We love the conveniences of the APATB complex - and this is one of the best units we have stayed in. Very clean, and well stocked which makes it easy to keep clean throughout your stay! Nice to have full size washer dryer, and full size dish washer... Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. This is a great first floor unit, closer to the office side of the complex than the beach side.

LOVED IT!!!

We had a great time at this location. Callie was an amazing host! Her “Place at the Beach” was perfect for our family. It was very clean and had everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The location of the condo was key! It was near the outdoor pool, indoor pool and the beach. If we go back to Atlantic Beach, I would definitely stay here!!!

Family Oriented Property - Beautiful, Easy Packing!

This condo is one of the nicest & most convenient places we've rented. APATB has tons of amenities (indoor/outdoor pool, ping pong, mini golf, pickleball, basketball, board games, puzzles, books, & more). The slide at the pool was a surprise favorite for little kids & little kids at heart. :) We will rent this condo again for many reasons: - it is updated & in great shape - 1st floor location is beach, pool, & check in/out friendly - the owner is very responsive & communicative. We had a minor issue that Callie kindly & quickly addressed - on a weekend! - it has so many items available for guest use without additional charges. As a chronic over packer, this condo eased a lot of anxiety & will make traveling/packing so much easier for our family in the future! For example: 1) The kitchen is well stocked - so many beach rentals have just a few odd, old items. This condo had everything we needed to cook. 2) It includes linens (which is a refreshing change from so many places), beach chairs, books, & more. 3) It is family friendly down to the details. The smaller bedroom has full size bunk beds (top & bottom bunk) + tons of games & toys to keep kids busy when you aren't out on the beach or at the pool. There is even a white noise machine in the larger bedroom. The living room has a sleeper couch for an extra bed space. Thank you, Callie, for a great experience! We look forward to future stays.

Great place to stay

This was a great condo. There were lots of bonus games and toys for the kids. A Place at the Beach is great too. We had slight confusion at check in but the office staff took care of it as fast as they could. The owners even sent us a message that our condo was ready if we wanted to check in early.

We loved our stay !!

We love A Place at the Beach! My parents owned a condo there for most of my life and although they sold it I now take my kids there every year. This was by far the best condo we have stayed in. It was spacious, clean and had everything you could ask for. My son loved hanging out on the balcony and my daughter loves the slide almost as much as I did when I was younger. We hope to stay there again next year!!

Great Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time at a place at the beach. Really easy check in/check out. The unit was great, even had extra beach chairs and towels (because we forgot ours this year!). The slide at the pool and the beach were a hit with the kids and they were talking the whole way home about coming back next year.

A Great Choice at APATB

This is one of the nicest units we have stayed in at APATB – it’s first floor, so an easy walk to the beach or the pool. The condo is clean and simply decorated (i.e. easy to keep clean!) It was stocked with cleaning supplies and essentials – paper towels/dish soap/hand soap/spices/etc – which is such a nice perk, especially when traveling with children! The host even provides beach towels and sand toys/chairs if you need them – and there is a full size washer/dryer in the unit. We had one maintenance issue, and the host was wonderful – very responsive and immediately fixed it. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends – especially those traveling with young children!!

Atlantic Beach Get-Away

A Great Stay! The resort complex has everything one would want for recreation plus its own private boardwalk to the beach. Our daughter and two grandchildren spent all of their time in the ocean. The Parker Condo was perfect, near the front entrance for easy access with all of the luggage/beach supplies. It has a nice view of the open space between complexes with a view of the pool/slide. All of the amenities are relatively new to include the washer and dryer. Numerous age appropriate games (and yes, all the pieces were there and still are), beach chairs, beach mat, and other beach toys. It was the perfect place for returning to Atlantic beach after 30 years and would love to come back and if we do we would definitely request to stay here again.

Nice condo with plenty to do

Check in had a little hiccup, but all went smoothly after that. The kids had loads of fun in the pool and on the water slide. Quick walk to the beach, which was pretty quiet. The mini golf is quite dated and my older kids got bored pretty quickly.

The condo is conveniently located and has a great view of the field between the buildings. Everything was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of board games inside and extra beach chairs outside. Communication with the owner was great and we had no problems checking in or out. Everything was very smooth. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Wonderful stay for families

We had a fantastic stay! The condo was clean and well stocked with kitchen items, family games, three TVs, wifi, towels, and a washer/dryer in the unit. Only thing we needed to bring were beach chairs. The property is perfect for families with the highlight being the awesome pool and waterslide--they even had live music by the pool one day. The beach is great -- a convenient/ very short walk from the condo. Callie was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. We highly recommend!

Beach Bliss

We loved this property! We had not been to this gated resort before so we were unfamiliar with the check in process. The resort office closed before we got there. We didn't have the code for the lock box, to pick up the check in packet with the keys, and the security officer was a little less than friendly but once we got into the condo the frustration dissipated immediately. The host contacted us that evening, to see how we were and if there was anything we needed. That was so comforting to know that she was available and that she cared about our experience. The host did a wonderful job with the remodel and the condo was beautifully decorated. Clean, fully equipped kitchen and a nice big laundry space. The bedrooms were beautifully well done. Unfortunately, we had a rainy week but the host thought of everything! Each room had it's own, nice sized, TV with plenty of movies to watch on cable and Roku. There were fun magazines to read featuring places to visit in North Carolina and games to play. The linens were nice quality and clean. The only thing I could suggest is more towels. We had 4 bath towels for 5 people, but we had brought beach towels and the host provided six beach towels. This rental was the best stocked placed we have rented. Two other families rented condos the same week. They were very impressed by this condo, compared to theirs. Very well thought out, with the guests comfort as top priority. There is balcony with nice furniture. The resort has plenty to do. The indoor pool/hot tub does close for lightening, because it's in a greenhouse but Atlantic Beach and surrounding areas have plenty to do during bad weather. The beach is within a short walking distance directly from the condo. It's easy to pull a beach wagon. Outdoor pool was well kept with plenty of seating. The condo made this vacation peaceful and relaxing. I only wish we could have stayed there longer.

a Beach Week

We had a wonderful time in a beautifully renovated condo.. The condo was very clean, exceptionally equipped and easy to relax and rewind. A few suggestions - my husband is very tall and the shower/bath was difficult for him - maybe the shower rod that curves would help and a higher shower head? We also would have liked to have instructions for operating the TVs. A Place at the Beach was super fun for our grandson with all the activities!
