It is conveniently located within a short driving reach of Emerald Isle, Beaufort, and Morehead City while also granting access to tons of attractions, restaurants, and shops! This unit's bathrooms and kitchen have been recently updated. The beautiful, open floorplan in the kitchen, dining area, and den make it easy to prepare any meals and spend time with family while also enjoying breath taking views of the ocean. There are three barstools for the Kitchen Island and there is a large pantry in the kitchen for all your vacation storage needs. Be sure to enjoy the outdoor deck located next to the den where you can lounge on the outdoor funiture! With an outdoor couch, table, and chairs you will have plenty of room to lounge with your friends or family!

Bedroom #1 has a king bed, smart TV, and its own private full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two twin beds, a smart TV, a walk in closet, and access to a private full bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed with a standard TV equipped with fire stick connection.

Additional Amenities: This condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience! The condo includes 3 Smart TVs, enjoy watching the waves roll by from your covered deck with deck furniture as you take in every last breath of salty air while enjoying your morning coffee! Property is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig Coffee Maker, Oven, Refrigerator with Attached Ice Maker, Microwaves, Dishwasher, Toaster Oven, and Blender! An interior Washer/Dryer is located in the unit as well as Ceiling fans, Hair Dryers, and Iron/Ironing Boards. Storage area is available to guests.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
