Sea Spray

The condo was very nice. The breeze on the 3rd floor was amazing. Only downside for my family member is the 3 flights of stairs. It's lots of up and down with no elevators. The other thing is the first bedroom to the right could use a blackout shade due to the window being right off the outside walkway and lots of light filtering in. The condo was clean and the amenities were great.

Labor Day beach trip

We loved our little slice of beach heaven. The condo was facing the beach and we enjoyed having coffee on the balcony every morning. The location was just perfect. There is so much beach and lots of space for everyone to spread out. We always bring our own beach equipment, but the host does provide chairs and an umbrella in the closet which was a nice touch. The master bed was comfortable but on the harder side, which we like. The only recommendation I would make would be to replace the ceiling fan in the master bedroom. It’s very noisy and wobbly. As stated in other reviews, the condo is on the the third floor and does not have an elevator. We knew that going in and had no problem with the steps.

Beautiful View

This condo was nice and clean but the best part was the balcony view. Bathrooms could use a little updating but they were fine. We didn't have any problems using the stairs and being on the third floor, it wasn't an issue. Beach is beautiful too.

We loved this little condo - great views, and great service. It is handled by Cannon & Gruber realtors, and they were SO good to us when we ran into some trouble on check out day (flat tire). They were so kind and generous - really took the edge off of our little predicament. We highly recommend this office and the condo. Thanks, Cannon & Gruber!

Just as described

This listing is as portrayed. It is a unit directly facing the beach, on the end of the building. It was very comfortably furnished. Great balcony seating to just look out at the ocean. It is roughly 100 yards of walkway out over the dunes and to the beach. The beach was clean. Great for shelling. Master bath is a little small but adequate. Not a huge space but very comfortable for 4 people, max. It is on the third floor, without an elevator, so not for someone who has trouble doing stairs. The exterior is well maintained. The pool is very nice size, 8' at the deep end. There weren't many people there while we were, but looking at the parking lots it seemed that there might be a parking issue during a busy, heavy occupancy time period, especially if a lot of the condos have two vehicles. Bottom line, we were impressed and really enjoyed ourselves and the accommodations.

Great View

It was a great property and worth the daily treks up the stairs. Quiet and relaxing with beach/water view. I was a bit puzzled at why there were no sheets on the beds upon arrival. Perhaps we were supposed to do that. But it was not a big enough issue to give anything less than 5 stars. Going back this year!

Nice place!

Beautiful property that had been updated. Lots of windows to view the ocean. Only down side was there is no elevator, making carrying luggage and groceries quite a task.

Gorgeous view and great location

Pros: the view is amazing, the price was good, location is awesome (plenty to do and eat), communication with rental company was great. They were really kind and helpful. Cons: the main bedroom’s mattress was horrendous. Literally slept in a hole for a week. Mattress definitely needs to be replaced. Bed frames in both rooms on last legs. No elevator. No place to store your beach stuff. Had to unload and stuff everything back into car after we got done at beach each day. Not really a con, but parents with lots of stuff to tote to beach - beware that the thick, soft is really wide so it is a BEAST to trek all the kiddo stuff down - even with a beach wagon. Overall, we had a great experience!!!

Atlantic Beach Condo

The condo was clean and well stocked with essentials. The ocean view was excellent and the property was close to restaurants and other attractions. The property management was easy to contact, friendly, and helpful. An excellent stay and would stay there again.

Great location & atmosphere

We really enjoyed this location & Atlantic Beach. It was peaceful & quiet when we stayed. We were able to relax well. It's not a new property but it was adequate. The deck view & corner windows were very nice.
