Down the hallway from the elevator, allowing you easy access to the until, you will find a well appointed 2800 square foot luxury ocean front corner villa with four outdoor balconies sprawling an additional 780 square feet. The balconies provide unobstructed views of both the ocean and the sound.
Back inside the unit, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, loads of storage and all the extras you could hope for such as a toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, waffler maker, crock pot, etc.. Around the corner from the kitchen you will also find a large capacity front loading washer and dryer.
There are 4 bedrooms and 4 and a half bathrooms. Two of the four are grand master suites featuring king beds with high-end bathrooms and balconies. The remaining two bedrooms feature queen beds and also have en-suite bathrooms... All beds come made with luxury French linens and bathrooms have a starter set of towels for you and your guests.
There are multiple flat screen tvs in the space, wireless high speed Internet access, as well as a PlayStation 4 with Blu-ray player for the kiddos to enjoy in case of inclement weather. No smoking. No pets.

There is an oceanfront pool and pavilion with children’s pool, an oceanfront fire pita nd fitness center; featuring state-of-the-art equipment, locker room, sauna and showers. Guests of all ages will enjoy the Sports and Games Lounge with billiards, foosball, video game center, wireless Internet access and large flat screen TV. Inside you can relax in the Osprey Club Lounge with oceanfront terrace and fireplace. Complimentary beachside chairs, umbrellas are also available. There are charcoal grills on premises. Each oceanfront residence is superbly finished and decorated for comfort and style. Parking is limited to two spaces per residence. Elevators. Outdoor showers. No boats, trailers or jet skis allowed on premises.

No smoking, no parties, no pets and must be 28 to rent.
