About this space
"Our Happy Place" is where your vacation paradise begins! It doesn't get better than OCEANFRONT! You get the picture perfect view from every window! The beach access is right off our front steps and the pool is right beside the boardwalk! You are steps away from your beach paradise! We provide everything you need to make your this trip a stay of a lifetime!
The space:
This condo is on the first floor which is awesome because there is no elevators. It's a adequate space for up to 6 guest as we have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a pull out sofa bed. There is a walk out balcony that is a wonderful spot to relax with family and friends while watching a beautiful sunrise/sunset over the water!

Condo is equipped with a full kitchen with a microwave, full size fridge, toaster, and beverage fridge! Also, to make your stay better we provide towels & linens, and some basics. (hand towels, hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper are provided) Bring your own toiletries that you will need for your vacation stay! Each room is furnished with a smart tv, wireless internet, and cable!

Southwinds does not allow renters to have pets!
Guest access
Southwinds is a private community with a guest check in hut at the entrance! You will be required to to display a parking pass on your vehicle at all times during your stay! We do have on site security cameras provided by the HOA.

Our Condo is closest to the ocean! So as you enter the Southwinds condo's you will turn right and building F will be all the way at the end! You will walk up the some stairs and our condo is the first one you will come to in building F.

This property was just as described, and the owner made booking and Check in so easy. We also appreciated the mid week check in to make sure everything was going well. My family and I had a wonderful stay! So close to the ocean and pool, plus the dunes outside of the balcony had so many birds turtles and other visitors. The area was quiet but still just a few minutes from food, groceries and activities. I would recommend this property and the area overall to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation away from large crowds and packed beaches.

Great family vacation spot! The space was like the pictures and very quiet! Bonus that the beach wasn’t super crowded. Lots of family games something for all ages. Close to Beaufort if you’re looking for a good place to eat. There is security on site to help and it’s very safe. We will definitely come back.

This was our second time staying at Southwinds at Atlantic Beach. We love the facilities as a whole. This unit was adjacent to the dunes and had a wonderful private view from the deck. Our host was extremely communicative and we didn’t have a single issue that wasn’t addressed. We will certainly save their info for another trip.

Wonderful condo and excellent service!

Weekend Getaway for two

Enjoyed our long weekend getaway. Condo was just as described in photos. Recently updated, clean and best of all steps to the beach! Owner very attentive and made us feel welcome and was available for questions. Two pools! Balcony looked out over the beautiful sand dunes & ocean and we also watched amazing sunsets from balcony. Condo was well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals in. The state park is very close so we got a nice walk in on the hiking trails there. We would love to return and stay again!
