Just step outside of your 2nd story OCEAN VIEW studio unit to feel the fresh ocean breeze and listen to the crashing waves! The property boasts PRIVATE GAZEBO ACCESS to a beautiful, SECLUDED BEACH for the enjoyment of peaceful strolls, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks. There is also a coastal bike path for jogging, bike riding, or walking experiences. Originally the building was known as Captain's Bridge Motel built in the 1970s. Stay Vintage my friends!

Escape to your little piece of paradise in this delightful BEACHSIDE Studio Condo! Offering an OCEAN VIEW, this Coastal Oasis offers comfort and convenience in one cozy, inviting space, perfect for single travelers or a couple. The unit will sleep up to 4 guests (2 adults, 2 small children). We do not recommend more than 3 adults. If you are traveling in larger groups and require additional units, please inquire about our other listings within the same Oceanfront Complex. We have multiple units that are next to each other.

NOTE: This unit faces inward of the complex. There is a Partial Ocean View from inside the unit when sitting at the table and opening the blinds. You can enjoy Panoramic Ocean views from the wraparound public balcony, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos).

[INTERIOR DESCRIPTION]
The 300 sq. ft studio layout presents the ideal setting for a casual retreat by the SEA. The unit is furnished with a queen-sized bed. The ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, a Keurig coffee maker, and a kitchenette stocked with basic appliances. In the living area, you'll find a full-sized futon, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a small table with 2 chairs creating a welcoming area for entertainment and relaxation.

[PROPERTY DESCRIPTION/AMENITIES]
Embrace the coastal lifestyle with PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS and over 600ft of Pristine SECLUDED shoreline! The community amenities include a large grassy recreational area with outdoor showers/picnic tables/charcoal grills, a fish cleaning station, and a sparkling clear community pool. Indulge in shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks along the beach! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine taking in the Breathtaking Ocean Views from one of the Oceanfront Gazebos or from the fixed seating areas on the 2nd floor wraparound deck. The Coastal Bike Path is adjacent to the property for jogging, biking, or walking.

[RESTAURANTS/SHOPS]
Many local eateries/shops are within walking distance. Dollar General, Dairy Queen, and Restaurants are directly across the street. A Food Lion, movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away. You will find a booklet listed with recommended local Activities & Restaurants inside your unit.

[HOUSEKEEPING/LAUNDRY]
There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for a nominal fee upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). Please call the number on the placard inside your unit to coordinate any housekeeping requests. There is a credit card operated laundry room onsite (3 washers/3 dryers) for your laundry needs.

[PEST CONTROL]
A pest control company is contracted to treat the entire complex on a quarterly basis. Note that we are located in a coastal environment by the Ocean.

[PARKING PASS]
-1 parking pass is provided per reservation.
-An additional pass can be requested prior to your stay for an additional $25.

[NO-SMOKING POLICY]
-Smoking, vaping, drug usage is NOT allowed inside the unit or ANYWHERE on the property. Guests who wish to smoke MUST walk out to the fence by W Fort Macon Road or onto the physical beach (past the gazebos and away from other guests).
-Violators may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY without a refund.
-Violators may also be charged with an additional $300 cleaning fee.

[PET POLICY]
-DOGS ONLY, no cats or exotic animals.
-1 non-aggressive breed under 50lbs can be accommodated with host approval for a $100 pet fee.
-German Shepards, Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinchers, or Rottweilers are not allowed.
-All Guests planning to bring a dog MUST inform the host beforehand of the dog's size/breed and confirm that vaccinations/flea meds are up to date.
-Guests who are not transparent and are caught on property with an unauthorized animal will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund.
-Dogs must be crated when left unattended inside the unit. Guests will be accountable for their pet. Any damage or excessive cleaning caused by their dog will be charged to the guest.
-Please be mindful of other guests. If your dog has a tendency to bark, PLEASE DO NOT leave your dog unattended in the unit for long periods of time.
-Guests must agree to keep their dog on a leash at ALL TIMES when walking the property and are responsible for picking up their dog's waste.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture.
-Please bring a bed/blanket for your dog.
