This description is only a small part of the experience you can expect at this fully equipped, one of a kind, ocean front escape. From the moment you step in you will set your eyes on the beautiful views of this condo, Enjoy all the comforts of home which are never more than an arm’s length away. You will then be drawn to the breath taking panoramic views that will immerse you in what can only be described as Island bliss. From the balcony, it’s hard not to be lulled into endless hours of serenity by the oceans tranquil sounds. Should you manage to venture out of this oasis you will find yourself with activities and amenities to keep you entertained the entire visit. Children and adults alike can find themselves swept away by the 150’ water slide into the glistening outdoor pool or the indoor pool if you need a break from the sun. You will also want to partake in a friendly competition of miniature golf located on site. You may also want to take advantage of the outdoor kid’s recreation area, find your footing on the tennis courts, or simply spend the day on the sparkling beaches, literally, just out the front door, with a private walkway leading to the ocean. No matter how you plan your escape; your experience will be sure to please.
Your accommodations in paradise include, but are not limited to a beautiful master bedroom with an inviting king size bed and a private master bath. If you prefer to share your piece of paradise there is a second full bath, separate sleeping area on the other side of the living room with a twin trundle bed (2 twin beds), pull out queen sofa bed and for everyone to enjoy there are 3 televisions, DVD player, personal sound system, dish washer, outdoor grills and so much more. Perfect family beach vacation spot

This is our 3rd time staying at APATB and the 2nd time at this condo. It’s perfect for our family and the location can’t be better. Appreciate the unit being stocked with toilet paper and paper towel to get us started, and it’s great that there’s beach towels and chairs. I also really appreciate the washer and dryer in the unit. Would highly recommend this property and will very likely book again.

Truly Oceanfront

Pros: This is a truly ocean front property. You can see the water from the balcony and living room area. The host is very responsive and open to feedback. There is a pool with a slide that my 6-year old went down for hours. There is also a playground and mini golf for other forms of entertainment. There is a place outside the condo to store all your sandy stuff. The check out process was easy and manageable. The shoreline here at this part of the beach is AMAZING. There is an elevator which makes getting your stuff up easy. Cons: this is really not a true 2-bedroom and I did feel mislead. The 2nd bedroom is right off the living room and has one of those “walls”on a curtain. The reason we like a 2 bedroom is so we can put our daughter to bed and hang out in the living room or balcony. Be warned that that second room is not sound-proof! There is no deadbolt or any lock besides one that can be accessed with the code. The balcony is teeny tiny and can only fit 2 adults. The WiFi is through the condo association so it resets what seems like every 4 hours. We did have an amazing time on this trip. The Atlantic beach area is amazing. We will not be back to this unit as we need a true 2nd bedroom.

Cute Beachfront Property

Just like in the pictures! Nicely decorated and the amenities (soap,shampoo,dish detergent) were a plus! The walk was not far to the beach and it was beautiful to hear the ocean waves while sitting on the deck. Bed was super comfortable and slept great! The host was very quick to respond and super sweet. Definitely would stay here again!

Great Little Condo!

This is a very lovely condo! Stacy has thought of everything to include to make the stay like being at home! The bed was so comfy; it made for great sleeping. The beach is quite a walk if you want to be right up at the water so plan that accordingly if you have any mobility issues. I would highly recommend this condo for 1-4 people!

The condo is nice but small. The walk to the beach is a pretty good walk and it makes you not even want go to the water. if I had to measure it, I would say it was at least 800 feet if not more to the water. The pool was great. The kids really enjoyed the waterslide. The hot tub and the grills were in two different places and it’s like everything is just scaled around the property.. If I had to choose a place to stay again with the kids and grandkids, it would not be a place at the beach, but if you like to just hang out at the room and not really walk anywhere, then it would be the perfect place for you, but it was not for us.

Great for short stays

Excellent for a short getaway. We enjoyed the pool with waterslide. Great location, quiet and not a lot of traffic. Appreciated efficient kitchen space and area outside to drop sandy items. Close to downtown Beaufort and ferries.

Small, simple, perfect!

Oceanfront was my first priority. Comfortable bed was second. Both wishes granted! Bonus: very responsive and friendly property manager. We three adults highly recommend.
