Listing Notes:
This rental unit is one of two units on the property. This unit is on the second floor, with the other unit being below it. All entrances, amenities, and spaces are private with the exception of the rear outdoor space and outdoor shower. The lower unit is not rented to guests but may occasionally be used by the property owner or their visiting friends and family. Therefor you may see other people on the property utilizing the above mentioned outdoor space and outdoor shower which are shared between both units.
This home is professionally managed by Host House, a Jersey Shore based vacation rental manger, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500.
The charge listed as âInsurance Feeâ covers your purchase of $1,500 in âall riskâ damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, youâll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.
- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
