Welcome to your perfect beach-block oasis- less than 600 feet to the beach & boardwalk and a short walk to the beautiful downtown on Asbury Avenue. 3-night minimum for the summer, 2-night minimum for the rest of the year.

Ground level unit - perfect for those with small children or mobility issues. Reserved parking (1 spot) - come and go as you please, or stay put your entire vacation! Countless restaurants, shops and amusements within walking distance.

Sit on the front porch and enjoy the breeze. Property includes an outdoor shower, clotheslines, coin-operated washer/dryers and back gate leading directly into Playland!

Bedroom has a Queen Bed with a Lofted Twin Bed. Living Room has a pull-out sofa bed (Queen).

Our family has been coming to Ocean City for generations and we are happy to welcome you to our personal corner of paradise in "America's Greatest Family Resort".

*4 beach tags - anyone over the age of 12 must have a beach tag during the summer season. Please leave tags at the end of your stay to avoid the replacement fee of $50 per tag.
*Efficiency kitchen with full-sized fridge, two-burner electric stove, dishware, cookware, microwave and compact dishwasher
*Additional appliances -iron/board, toaster, electric kettle and Keurig with enough pods to have a cup on us!
*Beach items - Large Cool Cabana beach shade (easy to put up and take down), beach chairs, sand proof beach mat and a bucket of beach toys
*Family items - Pack n’ play (just bring sheets). IKEA high chair. Small selection of games & puzzles. Kids dishware. White noise machine in bedroom.

We will be accessible to you via phone and text during your stay so do not hesitate to reach out with any issues!

A few hard rules - any evidence of breaking these rules will result in immediate expulsion with no refund. The building is quiet and well-cared for by the owners - there are eyes everywhere!

*NO PETS - per our condo association, tenants may not bring pets. Please note that owners are allowed to bring dogs and we cannot guarantee the condo is completely free of dog fur.

*NO SMOKING - the entire property is smoke-free, you must walk off the property if you wish to smoke.

*NO PARTIES - Primary renter must be 23+ and staying on site.

Refund Policy - 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date, 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
