The location was truly amazing. Enjoyed waking up every day drinking coffee watching the waves. Saw dolphins one morning coming up the coast. Would definitely stay again.

Third stay was a charm

This was our third stay at this property, and we will likely return again sometime in the future. What we love most about the house is its location. It is right on the boardwalk / beach. You can be on the beach and easily go back to the house for lunch or bathroom breaks. It is on a quiet portion of the boardwalk. The house is very accommodating with two master bedrooms, a den that can also be used as a bedroom, two ocean view decks perfect for relaxing in the afternoon, two car garage, and laundry room with toilet and shower for cleaning off sand before heading up to the living area. My husband and I stayed with our adult son and his fiancé. It is perfect for two couples or a family.

Gorgeous view but we had issues

The initial listing was not clear enough that the renter had to bring their own bed sheets, bath towels, paper towels etc. This was not made clear until we received the check in email. By that time, the reservation could not be cancelled. We flew in to town and did not have room to bring linens and towels in our suitcase and had to bother family in the area for help and then had to drive out of our way to pick them up. When I asked for clarification the host response was, “you can rent them”. Never heard of a VRBO that did not supply sheets! Our flight was delayed and we wound up arriving at 2 am and couldn’t go to sleep until we made our beds. Very frustrating. When we did arrive the kitchen floor was very sticky. Everything else was ok and the view was gorgeous.

Wonderful Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this OC property. We’ve been coming to Ocean City for years and this property is high on the list of places we’ve stayed. It is superbly located on the boardwalk on the North End. Very clean and comfortable and the owner is very nice and responsive. We would definitely consider a return trip.

Location, location, location

Location of this property was outstanding. Had the ocean as backdrop noise since the weather was cool enough to have doors open. Only negative about property was it was a little dated and a lot of stairs!

Convenient and Relaxing Beach Rental

The location of this property is perfect for a family beach vacation in Ocean City, New Jersey. The beach is just steps away and the property boasts beautiful views of the ocean from its balconies. An easy walk to the bustling excitement of the boardwalk keeps everyone entertained. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with a very easy check in pricess as well.

Second visit to this property

We vacationed at this property in July 2022 and most recently in August 2023. You can’t beat the location. It’s right on the boardwalk making trips to the beach easy. It’s also right between Brown’s and Oves Restaurants which are both convenient for breakfast. The house itself is very accommodating. We really like having two master bedrooms (perfect for two couples), laundry room, and two-car garage. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Very convenient location, beach entrance right outside door. Very nice home. Only issues, very hot in master bedroom-need ceiling fan. Also only one TV. Owners were responsive on dishwasher issue.

Great view and access to the beach and boardwalk

Plus side. The garage and view are the best. The place is bright and clean and modern. This is our second rental of this unit. We will come back. Minus side. The screen door leading to the main deck needs maintenance. Sand and corrosion in the tracks. It would be nice to have a TV in the downstairs den. There was no screen door for the upstairs deck. Blankets for beds for fall visitors would be nice. The windows were not as clean as they should have been.

Beach access is great, all else just OK

The view from the condo and access to be beach are amazing - just walk right over the boardwalk and you’re there (no Wonder Wheelie needed), and we loved watching all the birds and bunnies in the dunes out front. The condo itself was unfortunately a bit of a disappointment. The kitchen is sparsely stocked so if you are planning on cooking a lot of meals, you may be a bit challenged. While the living and main bedrooms look freshly painted and the living room furniture looks new, the rest of the place is in need of some TLC. There are obvious signs of wear throughout, though the layout is great and it has a lot of potential.

Needs Updating

While we loved OC, the rental was not what we were expecting. The location can’t be beat though and there is ample closet space and it was nice to have a garage. The house was outdated, moldy showers, very hot bedrooms, and overall bare bones rental. There are no ceiling fans, no blankets, no pillows, towel hook is hanging off in master bath. Thankfully we brought our own blankets and pillows but had to go buy fans because the two bedrooms were extremely hot and not comfortable to sleep. The master bed is sinking in the middle. Definitely needs a paint update throughout! There is just no love from the owners at this rental.

Quiet location with easy accessibility to beach and boardwalk

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It offers the best of everything you are looking for. It sits close to the start of the boardwalk so more on the quiet end, and is super accessible to both the beach and the boardwalk. Each of the two bedrooms has its own private bathroom so it is very nice for two couples or a family. A shower, toilet, and laundry area on the first floor is very convenient. A two car garage makes it easy to come and go. Finally, sitting on either of the two ocean facing balconies is very peaceful. Thanks for allowing us in your home. We would love to return!

Bunnies on the dune were fun to watch

Location of the property is awesome. Walking distance to most everything. We enjoyed walking on the beach in the evening and watching the bunnies on the dune in the morning and evening. Lots of bunnies. We had a relaxing enjoyable time.
