Welcome to our newly renovated beach block condo in lovely Brigantine Beach, New Jersey. If you are seeking an ocean escape to relax, simplify, and recharge --- this is it. Under 200 steps to the beach!! 1st floor unit - no steps required! Maximum occupancy is 2 people. IMPORTANT: Due to the city of Brigantine Occupancy laws, and owner preference, we only rent to 2 people. Please do not rent this property if you have more than 2 people in your party. It will be considered breaking house rules if you have more than 2 people at the property or anywhere in the condo complex during your stay.

This is our treasured jewel that we use as our family escape. In 2023 we gutted and renovated our place in a coastal and refreshing manner. We use our place throughout the summer, but for the first year ever we are offering our place as a rental on weeks we aren't there for others to enjoy it.

Our condo is part of a condo complex known as "The Carousel", and includes a safe environment with a designated parking spot steps away, a clean and fun community pool for swimming or relaxing, and a community courtyard. An easy-access parking spot for your car is steps away, and there is a bike rack in case you want to bring your bikes. Laundry access is within the complex with a new electronic pay system. There are a few community tables in the courtyard that can be used for meals, playing board games, or socializing.

The Queen bed and twin bunk beds are made up with quality sheets for your comfort. The bathroom sparkles and conveniently comes with shampoo and soap. Ample closet space including a wall closet unit and chest of drawers, as well as extra bed drawers for space. Smart TV and speedy/reliable Wifi. The kitchen is small but mighty - equipped with plenty of storage and newer appliances, though Brigantine and nearby Atlantic City ($15 Uber ride and tons of delivery options) offer a wide array of dining options for your vacation pleasure. Coolers, beach chairs, beach tags, umbrella & more! Close to AC but also world's away in terms of peace.

We are only interested in renting to responsible adults who have the utmost respect for our property and the condo surroundings. The community is filled with thoughtful owners and the residents treasure their time as well -- so no parties or shenanigans. Our property is ideal for a couple and guests must be 24 years +. 2 people maximum - NO exceptions.

No smoking and no pets. The Carousel Condominium list of rules & regulations will be provided and must be followed.

We can't promise you sunshine, but we can promise you a relaxing, clean, and easy stay.
