Upon entering the property through the private entrance, you`re welcomed into the spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen. The just remodeled space boasts hardwood floors throughout. A plush sofa and armchair invite you to relax and unwind, while a smart TV provides entertainment options for cozy nights in. The sofa also functions as a queen sized pullout bed, providing a sleeping space for 1-2. The adjacent dining area features a sleek table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals together or catching up on work. The well-appointed kitchen has sleek quartz countertops and brand-new stainless-steel appliances, providing everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. STAIRS: There are approximately 12 stairs required to access the unit.

LAUNDRY: The washer and dryer are located on the ground floor of the building, the washer and dryer are coin operated.

DAMAGE WAIVER: This home is professionally managed by Host House, a Jersey Shore based vacation rental manger, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, your automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection.

The charge listed as “insurance fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel within the eligible refund period outlined in the listing policy, you’ll receive a refund minus any credit card processing fees applied to your previous payments.
The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
