Abruzzo Hills Villa is a spacious, recently renovated private apartment of approximately 100 m², located in the peaceful hills near Silvi Marina and only a short drive from the Adriatic coast. With new furnishings, generous living space and practical amenities, it is designed to be a comfortable home base for couples, families and friends exploring Italy.

The apartment occupies an entire floor and has independent entrances, giving guests plenty of privacy throughout their stay. Inside, you will find two bedrooms with queen-size beds, a spacious living room with a large 75-inch Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and plenty of room to relax. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to six guests.

Cleanliness is one of our highest priorities. We want every guest to arrive to a home that feels fresh, spotless and carefully prepared, whether you are staying for a weekend, a week or a longer Italian vacation.

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday living, with an oven, stove, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine, French press and the essentials needed to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner at home. A washing machine is also available, making the apartment especially practical for families, road trips and longer stays.

Outside, guests have their own private fenced courtyard, private parking directly beside the house and a covered gazebo with a table and seating. It is a comfortable place to enjoy breakfast outdoors, relax after a day of exploring or share a bottle of Italian wine in the evening.

The fenced property, private parking and peaceful setting make the villa particularly convenient for families and travelers arriving by car. There is no need to search for street parking or carry luggage long distances — you can park right beside the house.

One of the things we love most about this location is how much of Italy you can experience from one base. The beaches of Silvi Marina are only a short drive away, while the surrounding countryside offers beautiful views, quiet roads and easy access to historic towns and traditional villages.

Spend the morning beside the Adriatic, walk through the historic streets of Atri, Silvi Paese or Città Sant’Angelo, stop for lunch at a family-run restaurant, explore local markets and wineries, or take a scenic drive towards Gran Sasso and Majella. In Abruzzo, the sea, countryside and mountains are remarkably close together, so every day can be completely different.

During the summer beach season, our guests can also enjoy complimentary access to our reserved beach area at a beach club in Silvi Marina, subject to seasonal opening dates. It is a wonderful way to enjoy the best of both worlds — peaceful countryside at home and relaxing days beside the Adriatic.

The villa is in a quiet countryside location, so a car is strongly recommended. Beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and nearby towns are only a short drive away, while at home you can enjoy space, privacy and a welcome break from crowded tourist areas.

We are Andrea & Ulla, Canadian hosts who now call Abruzzo home. Having lived in North America and knowing Italy and the local area well, we understand how valuable clear communication and reliable local information can be when travelling abroad. We speak several languages and are always happy to help with directions, restaurants, beaches, villages and scenic routes.
