This delightful self-contained unit, located below the main house, offers a comfortable retreat perfect for couples, adventurers, or small families. The spacious bedroom features a plush queen bed and a private full bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The living room a contains a couch that easily transforms into a comfy queen-sized bed. Relax with your favourite streaming services with the SmartTV and complimentary Wifi.
The unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with all the essentials for making meals at home. Guests also share the outdoor patio and BBQ grill with our friendly family living upstairs. For entertainment, we've provided a selection of board games, toys and bicycles, perfect for exploring the scenic waterfront and nearby Mangere Mountain. Laundry machines and cleaning products are available, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.
Located just a stone's throw from the airport, the motorway, and a variety of local attractions, this home offers easy access to the best of Auckland. Enjoy leisurely walks to the picturesque Mangere Mountain, explore the family-friendly coastal nature trails, or discover the charming cafes and shops in the Mangere Bridge township. The front yard contains a trampoline which you are welcome to use.
The back yard and patio/BBQ area is also available to you. This area is fenced off and you may meet our friendly, small senior dog out here. She would love to say hello.
We ask you to stay out of the garage, but if you would like to use our bikes (we have a selection of sizes to choose from), please ask us.

Upon arrival, guests will receive a code that allows entry into the home. Check-in is at 2PM, and check-out is at 10AM. The unit is entirely yours during your stay. There will be a guest house manual upon arrival with local area recommendations including a home guide, places to see, restaurants and grocery stores. Please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions about the area!

Please note, that we have two kids (6 and 9) and a small dog who live upstairs, so guests should expect a warm, lively atmosphere. We're flexible and welcoming, ready to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!
You are staying in a neighbourhood home and we kindly ask you to respect your surrounding neighbours by keeping the noise levels down, especially between 10pm and 7am. Please no parties or unauthorized guests are allowed at any time. There is no smoking or illegal substances of any kind inside the home. If you are travelling with your pet, please describe them to us so we can determine their suitability with our family and home.
Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and you may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to VRBO..
