For arrivals outside office hours, key collection is available via lockbox. Full instructions will be sent the day before your arrival.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Keys are available from a secure location across the road from the apartment.

To ensure a smooth arrival, we ask all guests to complete a short online pre-check-in form and upload a valid government-issued photo ID before arriving. A private airport transfer can be arranged at additional cost with at least 48 hours notice — your driver can collect the keys and meet you directly at the airport.
