Beautiful house with private garden, just a few minutes from the beach of Baia Arcile.



The house is located within a residential complex, perfect for enjoying a relaxing vacation. Inside it consists of several levels and enjoys direct access from the private garden where there is a gazebo with dining table and a relaxation area under the shade of palm trees. The entrance opens onto the bright living area that benefits from natural light thanks to large French-doors. Here there is a wooden dining table, a sofa and a TV. Next to it is the separate kitchen equipped with the necessary items for cooking. Also on the same level is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a half bath. Two separate staircases lead to the upper floors where there are two more rooms with a queen-size bed and two rooms with single beds.

An additional bathroom with shower completes the layout.



The complex boasts direct access to the sea through a garden where you can stroll and relax.



Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in some bedrooms, heat pump heating, and a washing machine will be at guests' complete disposal.



Guests will benefit from two outdoor parking slots inside the property.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, eastern Sicily and the area surrounding Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best-equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the white color of the sand. On the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find some beautiful unspoiled and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis, and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are worth a visit. Not to be overlooked is Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to explore and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to fill your eyes with.
