Find your stay surrounded by any corporate offices such as Amazon, Apple, Dell, IBM, VISA, VRBO, Oracle, eBay, Samsung, Tesla and many more.

We're delighted to provide a complimentary parking spot for your convenience if you're arriving by car.

However, if you prefer to avoid driving during your stay, rest assured that our home is surrounded by numerous convenient transportation options.
From car rentals to buses, MetroRail, taxis, and ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft, getting around is a breeze.

For those flying in or out of the area, the nearest airports are:

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (just 15 minutes away)
Austin Executive Airport (only 15 minutes away as well )

We welcome furry companions of all sizes. A pet fee automatically applies. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, and they must be well-behaved.

- Smoking Prohibited Indoors -
Kindly avoid smoking indoors! Evidence of smoking will incur a fee for odor elimination and furniture cleaning. $500 minimum fee.
As your Host, our aim is to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as you possibly can. We want you to create lasting memories during your stay in Austin.

But to do so, we would really appreciate if you could follow the below house rules. We know, we know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure we can provide future guests like yourself with a great experience.

Check out: Please reach out to us about early check-in/late check-out options in advance so we can coordinate with the cleaning company’s schedule and any fees they might charge for rush cleanings. Check out time is 10:00am unless otherwise arranged with us. If you are still in the home after 10:15am, an additional night charge may be incurred unless otherwise arranged.

Kitchen: Help yourself to use anything in the kitchen. We provide an initial supply of coffee, cooking utensils should you wish to cook, trash bags, cleaning supplies, etc. Our only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils used prior to leaving in the dishwasher. $50 dirty dish cleaning fee by the cleaning company.

Cooling/Heating: There is a thermostat that controls the AC and heat, if you could please leave the home at 70F when leaving that would be greatly appreciated.

Noise: As neighbors are around the property, we would appreciate it if you could keep the noise down after 9 pm and before 8 am. There is a $150 noise complaint fee during quiet hours.

Parties: No parties allowed. $2000 party penalty fee. Especially from guests not disclosed in the reservation. For special events please inquire.

No Smoking: Do not smoke inside the property, if you wish to smoke/vape, please do so outside away from the entrance of the home and dispose of all smoking waste. $500 fumigation/ozone fee for smoking inside evidence.

Plumbing: Please do not throw away anything down the toilet other than toilet tissue, the cleaning company tests all toilets before each check-in.

Laundry: There is a washer and dryer available on the property with laundry detergent available.

-Excessive Trash Policy-
We take pride in offering a clean space for our guests, and we ask for your cooperation in maintaining it. While normal amounts of trash are expected, any excessive trash left behind or improperly disposed of will incur a $50 removal fee by the trash company. This includes overfilled bins or trash left in inappropriate areas.
