Important Things to Note

• Parking: Up to 2 vehicles total—one in each driveway. Additional vehicles may park on the street on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Stairs: In Unit 2, both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor; stairs are required to access them.

• Security cameras: There are Ring doorbells at the front doors of both units. These exterior cameras record audio and video for security purposes.

• Construction: A neighboring property is currently under construction; noise may be heard at times.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
