Great place could use a bit of work the mini blinds and the bedroom don’t roll up along with the ones in the living room they don’t slide closed. Doors in the bedrooms don’t lock and 1 sink is broken in the his and hers bathroom counter. Other than that the kitchen is great the rooms are well kept and the view is fantastic. Beware if you have little ones the sliding door on to the patio also doesn’t lock.

Exceptional Stay with Top-Notch Amenities

We had a fantastic stay at this downtown Austin apartment! The location is incredibly convenient—just steps from Rainey Street and Lady Bird Lake. The apartment is exactly as pictured: clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The building itself is beautiful and packed with great amenities, and the communication with the property owners and staff was excellent throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience—we would definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location!

The condo is exactly as listed, always a welcome surprise. The space was perfect for 2 couples, and we loved the coffee shop/bar off the lobby. Although we didn’t use the amenities, the rooftop pool and gym were fantastic. The cool Rainey Street area is steps away, and location to 6th Street is a healthy walk (which we love) or short uber away. I would definitely recommend!

Family Trip to Austin

The property itself was quite dingy and dirty. It was very unclean and unkempt. In the bathroom, one of the sinks didn't work. Many of the lamps don't have lampshades. The walls were dirty and the shades were in disrepair. During our stay, the toilet flushing mechanism broke and had to be replaced. The owners were very prompt in fixing it though.I requested an early check-in a week before our check in and never received a reply. On a positive note, the property is in a great location. Close to the highway and to the Rainey district.

Nice accommodations, great location

This property was great for four adults. We could walk so many places and a trail that runs along the river is less than a block away. I want to give an extra shout out to the valet team. Every person we encountered had excellent customer service skills. The people at the front desk were also very helpful with restaurant recommendations. We would stay here again if we return to Austin.

Nice unit, true to pictures

Enjoyed our 1 week stay in this unit. Check in was easy, and unit was exactly as pictured in the listing. Other reviews mentioned too few hangers in the closets, which was true, but we made it work. Only complaint was the limited number of towel bars in the bathrooms. Only one in the main bath, none in the 1/2 bath. Rooftop pool area was nice. Gathering spaces in the lobby were convenient. Didn’t use the yoga room or fitness space, but walked through early in the week and they looked clean and well appointed. Would stay in this unit again if I was in town.

A nice time

The place was nice and just what we needed. It needs a few repairs - one set of faucets in master do not work, elevators were slow and difficult to use with key fobs, could not find laundry detergent, no kleenex. But overall it provided the basics and liked the location - access to freeway and one block off Lady Bird Lake trail.

Weekend get away

Went for a weekend get away! Rainey street was a short walking distance with so much to offer. Ubers were quick to get anywhere else. Room was clean, well kept and stocked with necessities! Would stay here again.

Good value

For the same price as a single hotel rolm in the area we had nice space with full kitchen. The 2nd room was just a barn door so not perfect for kids but worked well with a sound machine and way better than all in one room.

Heart of Texas oasis

Highly recommend! The condo is sleek yet comfy, and the location is unbeatable - easy walking distance to Lady Bird Lake and lots of local eateries and shops. The condo is pet-friendly and the building has a fantastic dog park on the 10th floor. The unit is managed by AvantStay and we were blown away with their responsiveness, friendliness, and hospitality. Perfect 10 all around.

Cool vibe - hip high rise (cross btwn hotel and condo)

Terrific location and awesome amenities including onsite coffee/cocktail bar. Secure check-in with in-person confirmation from prior facial and drivers license submission to AvantStay (third party mgmt team). Excellent unit (despite a few minor maintenance issues) and superbly located right by on-trend grocery and easy access to walking path. I'm super picky (in hospitality biz for yrs) and this one is worth it. Be prepared for a few things: there are many players in this booking, the front desk makes it feel like a hotel but isn't the same, and as with anything, some amenities may or may not be available. But I would absolutely come back to this one if they keep it price competitive.
