Two side by side tree houses locate in the heart of University of Texas at Austin, the houses are cross the street from UT law school. You can walk to DKR football stadium, Moody center, UT tower, track and field, swimming center and everything UT related. This house is built by eastwood neighbor park where in the middle of trees and creek.

Parking: Guests can park directly in front of the house.

Please note: To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we ask all confirmed guests to sign a short rental agreement after booking. A $300 security deposit hold will be placed and automatically released 7 days after checkout if no damages are reported.

No smoking, weed, or vaping of any form is allowed at our home. Even if smoking occurs outside, guests will be charged if any smoke smell is found inside the property after checkout.

Pet Policy: Planning to bring a pet? Please add your pet to the reservation or notify us before arrival. The applicable pet fee will be added to your booking.

As this is a historic cottage located on a lively college road, many guests enjoy the energy of the area, though light sleepers may notice some street noise, especially during busier hours.
