The Space:

This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a setup made for connection, whether you're here with family, friends, or colleagues. With two full homes on one lot, there’s space to be together while still having room to do your own thing. Spend the day exploring East Austin, then return to grill, lounge & swap stories around the fire





The Front House



Kick back in the living room with a workspace, a spot to unwind or catch up on work. The kitchen & dining area are ready for group meals & with three bedrooms & two full bathrooms, everyone gets their space. A washer & dryer make longer stays easy.



Step through the back door to a deck with a dining table & BBQ, leading to the backyard where the real fun begins—a cowboy pool to cool off, a fire pit for late-night hangs & yard games to keep things lively.





The Back House



A short walk through the gate leads to the second home, where another fire pit awaits. Inside, the ground floor has a king bedroom, a full bathroom & a flex room with a sleeper couch that converts to a queen bed—perfect for movie nights or extra guests.



Upstairs, an open living space blends the kitchen, dining & a second workspace. A full bathroom is here too. A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom, a tucked-away spot with a full bed, an extra fold-out cushion bed & a workspace for those who need it.



Sliding doors open to a deck/balcony with a dining table & BBQ—ideal for morning coffee or late-night drinks with a view.
