Welcome to the truly one-of-a-kind ABOVE Crown Jewel Estate- a private family compound across almost 6.5 acres on nearly 500 feet of prime Lake Austin waterfront. Inspired by Lake Como, the estate was built with the utmost attention to luxury and detail with the finest materials. The Cabana House features a chef's kitchen with beer taps and its own pool, spa, golf simulator, outdoor kitchen, tennis courts, regulation volleyball, and a putting green. There is a Main House with Primary Suite and private balcony overlooking the lake. The Gym House has a fully equipped home gym as well as spa and salon with sauna, massage room, plunge tub and steam shower. The Guest House has a two story library, multiple primary-style suites and a 2 bedroom apartment with living area and kitchen. This property is regularly set for 14 guests with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee.

Cleaning Standards: We follow strict CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, focusing on high-touch areas.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.

Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $500 to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.

No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from ABOVE Vacation Residences.

Important: We do not rent to groups or events that may disrupt the neighborhood. Final approval follows a conversation ensuring respect for neighbors and house rules. NO DISRUPTIVE GUESTS.
