We stayed here for one night while in town for a concert. At check-in, an employee who wasn’t the one helping us asked if we were all together (my husband, myself, and our three girls). When I said yes, she responded—almost accusatorily—that there’s a four-person limit per room. She made this comment without knowing how many rooms we had reserved. I explained that we booked two rooms, and the employee checking us in confirmed that. The way it was said just came across as unnecessarily rude and left a bad first impression.
Aside from that, our stay was okay. The hotel itself was clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, the room never really felt cool, as if the AC wasn’t working properly. Since we were only there for one night, I didn’t bring it up.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but between the initial interaction and the AC issue, I’m not sure that I’d choose to stay here again.
