This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home, `Jollyville Jewel`, is filled with thoughtful touches throughout and offers you a fully equipped nice stay in a quiet neighborhood of north Austin... enjoy some peace and quiet while still being close to everything! The home has been professionally decorated with comfort and quality in mind for our guests- plush linens, comfy beds, Smart TVs, lots of supplies included, a great outdoor space, dining areas to gather around, a fully-equipped kitchen, and more!

The one-story home offers a large living, second smaller living, dining area, and kitchen area as well as four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom that has a soaking tub, a double vanity, and a stand-up shower. The primary bedroom also has a Smart TV and a desk - perfect for those working remotely! The other three bedrooms all boast comfortable queen-sized beds with plush linens that share a full-sized bathroom. There is also a laundry room and a 2 car garage.

The large kitchen is very well-equipped with items like a KitchenAid mixer, Keurig, coffee maker, crockpot, blender, baking dishes, and the list goes on! Adjacent to the kitchen is a bar with seating for four and another table for six in the breakfast area so you can gather around to enjoy a nice meal together. There is also a dining room with seating for six and shares a large space with a sectional sofa and a smart TV! The secondary family room has tons of natural light, comfy seating, and a fireplace you can all gather around to either play games or enjoy the smart TV. Taking it outside, the backyard is fenced with great grass, comfortable outdoor seating/ dining, and an outdoor game Texans love- corn hole! The front porch has a little seating area as well, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

In addition to this amazing house, you get an easy experience from start to finish when you book with us (A Stay Above The Rest). We have an incredible team you can call, email, and even TEXT(!) who regularly get called out by name in our homes` reviews. We are available 24/7 for our guests. There are also no keys- you get your very own door code that will only work for the duration of your stay with our smart locks for extra security and peace of mind. The house was roomy and had plenty of space for the 8 of us to cook and hang out together. The home was very clean. The communication with the agency was excellent with clear instructions on how to get in and how things worked. One of the TVs didn't work and they bought and installed a new one the next day.

Amazing Stay

This property is just as the photos show. Had an amazing stay with my daughter for 2 nights. Very roomy, well appointed and very clean. The beds and bedding are so luxurious and comfortable it was hard to make myself get up in the morning. My stay was supposed to be with 6 more family member but they had to cancel last minute. Communication with Savannah was excellent. I will stay here again on my next trip. I highly recommend this property you won't be disappointed!

Potential issues resolved

House and location were great. While I was en route to Austin, I received a text stating that the property I had reserved was not going to be available. Fortunately, A Stay Above had already located a suitable replacement property and was able to switch my reservation and accommodate us. My dogs and I had stayed in the new property before and, as in previous visits, it was very well situated to our needs. A Stay Above handled the situation very well and was able to prevent it from being stressful. I highly recommend the staff there.

Beautiful, cozy, perfect!

Absolutely wonderful time with family! We really enjoyed the space. Beautiful peaceful decoration, great bedrooms with lots of privacy, comfy beds and bedding. The kitchen is central to everything including two living areas. We stayed for a week and easily hosted three sets of grandparents, myself and husband and our teenager. Even hosted an evening with visiting sister in-law and family including two small children who came over for dinner and games. Great space in a super convient safe neighborhood. Near amazing shopping and restaurants. We had family from age 6 to 81 and everyone was happy, laughing relaxed and at home! Thank you for absolutely wonderful time with family.
