This is a brand new Tiny Home that feels very Grand. Tranquil hill top with blazing views of the Texas Hill Country. Nestled within your private canopy of trees and ample privacy. Sits on a 5 acre tract with two other Tiny homes. The nearest home is over 100 feet away.

Check in time starts at 4pm. Check out time is 11am. We have smart locks so you can check in after hours. Please keep in mind nobody is available after 9pm to help with check in if there are any issues. *** Update HOT WATER When you check in please make sure nobody from the previous day has turned off the hot water switch. It is an oversized switch by the kitchen sink backsplash. Please make sure the switch is pointed up.

The front door combination will be the last four digits of the account holders cell phone number. If the automatic lock does not work please default to the manual lock box on the stair railing. The code is 2204 for this key box.
Upon exiting the home simply press the lock button and the dead bolt will lock.

There is a large stone pillar entrance with a sign that says Serenity at Creekside Ranch. Once you enter through the stone columns you will drive up to the top of the driveway. The tiny home is at the top of the hill.

There is a 2 car parking area for your use along with a large space to the left for added parking. You can also
bring your own boat and park it there too.


There is a large outdoor private dining area that has a propane fireplace and propane bbq.
