The 2 Bedroom Presidential suite accommodates up to 6 guests and offers 1,205–1,540 square feet of living space. The suite features one king bed in the primary bedroom, one queen bed in the guest bedroom, and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room, along with two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining area, spacious living room, private balcony or patio, ceiling fans, televisions, stereo, in-room safe, and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Guests can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, owner's lounge, barbecue area, and beautifully designed common spaces that provide a relaxing escape after a day exploring the city. The resort's downtown location makes it easy to experience Austin without relying on a car.
