SAN GABRIEL RIVER Retreat WATERFRONT Panoramic View PRIVATE POOL Outdoor Living!

The San Gabriel River View Home is located in the heart of Georgetown, TX. It walking distance to miles of trails along the San Gabriel River which lead to many parks, Lake Georgetown, downtown Georgetown and more! The views from this home are amazing! The property has panoramic river views that can be seen from multiple windows in the home, as well as on the back patios and pool areas. The home is fully furnished and ready for you.

Downtown Georgetown is less than a 10 minute drive and includes many restaurants, museums, wineries, shopping adventures and the historical Georgetown Square. Southwestern University, Round Rock Outlet Mall and Sun City are all just a short drive!

This property is perfect for small groups not exceeding 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Both of the bathrooms have walk-in showers (no bathtubs). There is a long carport for covered parking. There is other parking in the long driveway and on the street. Please note, garage and owner's bedroom are locked, and not for guest use.

Access to down to the river by the water is NOT allowed due to the steep slope to get down there. Guests need to stay in the backyard fenced area. Chandler Park is just a few minute drive away and is a great place to fish and sit at the picnic tables by the water if you want to be by the river.

This property does not allow children and is not child friendly. There is no lifeguard on duty, so swim at your own risk and minimum age for all guests is 15 years old. The pool is not heated. The person making the reservation needs to be at least 25 years old. No diving in the pool as it is shallow. Please stay off the pool coping and faux negative edge (on the sides and back of the pool).

Don't forget your coffee, cream, sugar, laundry detergent, soaps and toiletries. We have a drip style coffee pot and Keurig coffee maker at the property. We provide toilet paper and paper towels to get you started.

If you would like to bring kayaks or water toys for the river, you are welcome too. You just need to access the river at Chandler Park, which is about a three minute drive from the house where there are trails to get to the water. There is no river access in the backyard of the San Gabriel River Retreat.

Please note, we have a Ring security camera located at the exterior front entrance overlooking the driveway. At this time the San Gabriel River Retreat is not a pet friendly property.
