You step onto the private patio and feel the soft winter light spill over the city skyline, inviting you to breathe in the fresh Austin air. Inside, the openâconcept living area welcomes you with a comfortable sofa that easily transforms into a queenâsize sleeper, perfect for gathering after a day of exploring. The gentle hum of the airâconditioning keeps the space at a pleasant temperature while you plan your next adventure. Evening settles in, and the quiet of East Riverside offers a calm backdrop for relaxation.

Three private bedrooms each feature a queen bed, providing ample space for rest. A fourth bedroom holds a twin bed and doubles as a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair behind a door. The living area includes a queenâsize sofa sleeper, and a queen air mattress is available for larger groups. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided.

The entry opens directly into an openâconcept layout where the living area and kitchen flow together. Patio access extends the space outdoors, offering a quiet spot to enjoy a warm drink and the cooler season without leaving the apartment. Staying in this place will show you that you are super close to everything without being in the hectic Downtown Austin area. You are a short Uber/Lyft away from a time of your life without having the extra noise to keep you awake at night.
Getting Around:
The neighborhood is private off the main road and has plenty of parking. It is on a first come first serve basis. You are very close to the main highway to get around and close to local shops/restaurants for a quick or nice bite to eat.
Other Things to Note:
Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.
We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.

This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.
Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.
We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.
Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, weâll send you your check-in details.
There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
