Pool & Spa Heating
Pool or spa heating is available for $199 per day (applies to the full stay). In most seasons, the water is naturally warm, but we’re happy to heat it upon request. Please note that the pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time
Disclosed Guests Only
The home accommodates up to 16 guests; there is a fee of $46 per night for each guest after 8 guests
Camera Disclosure
• For security, the property has outdoor cameras monitoring the front door, lower door, and pool. Tampering with cameras is prohibited and will trigger an alert
• No indoor cameras are installed
• We don't actively monitor the cameras. Their footage would be used as needed only for safety or security purposes
