Getting Around:
No car needed. You can walk to 100's of great places within just a few blocks. The light rail train is 3 blocks away if you want to tour outside of downtown Austin. If you do have a car, feel free to park in the two small cars garage attached to the home.
Other Things to Note:
Lodgewell, as a property management company, has a separate reservation agreement that is emailed to your personal email for digital signature upon booking. Please let us know if you would like to review in advance and we will happily share a copy.
- No parties or events are allowed on nightly rental reservations. Inquire about events/large gatherings before booking.
- Guest must be 25 or older to rent the house.
- Quite Hours from 10 PM - 7 AM per City of Code.
- The Graeber is literally right in the middle of it all - this is super fun and super convenient, but NOT super quiet.
- The Graeber is close to 160 years old. We love the charm and character of this historic estate. It is NOT a brand-new, pristine home.
- The indoor pool is heated but it is NOT a hot tub, which is perfect for a refreshing swim.
Interaction with Guests:
You will have the entire home to yourself during your stay. Should you need anything at all, our team is available by text and happy to assist.
