The space

This stunning 5-bedroom home is perfect for families or groups up to 16 looking to relax and unwind. With a spacious layout that includes a unique bunkbed room, private casita, and five full bathrooms, there is ample space for everyone.

Enjoy the private pool, and hot tub perfect for refreshing dips or evening relaxation. Gather around the fire pit for cozy nights under the stars or fire up the BBQ for delicious cookouts with friends and family. With multiple balconies and a rooftop patio, you can take in breathtaking views while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying sunset cocktails. Use the total home control tablet to play some music and adjust the lighting to set the mood.

• Master Bedroom: King bed, smart tv, full length mirror, attached master bathroom, dual vanity, shower, stand alone tub, private toilet room, walk in closet, steamer. (2nd floor, 2 person)
• Casita: King bed, smart tv, mini fridge, microwave, attached private bathroom, shower, walk in closet. (Detached from house, private entrance, 2 person)
• Bedroom 1: King bed, smart tv, closet, attached bathroom, tub/shower combo, balcony access. (2nd floor, 2 person)
• Bedroom 2: King bed, smart tv, closet, shared bathroom just outside door. (2nd floor, 2 person)
• Bunk Room: Twin bunk bed (2 twin beds) full bunk bed (2 full beds) with single bed slide out underneath, closet, shared bathroom just outside of door. (Ground floor, 7 person)
• Extra beds: Queen pull out couch mattress located upstairs in the gathering room. Queen blow up mattress stowed away in the master closet.

Each bedroom is outfitted with premium pillows, linens, and sheets. Closets have hangars and shelving. There are even standing fans stowed away in a couple closets.

Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, body wash, hand soap, Q-tips, make up wipes, and of course plenty of toilet paper. Along with bath towels, hand towels, and face clothes. There are even hair dryers and straighteners!

Kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. Oven, natural gas stove top, Single serve or pot coffee Keurig w/k cups, blender, ice machine, fridge w/filtered water dispenser, freezer, wine fridges, microwave, dishwasher w/pods, pots, pans, cooking utensils, cooking oils, basic seasonings, cutting boards, enough plates, cups, bowls, silverware for 16.

Backyard Paradise:

The Hot tub is in your control with free heat. The pool can be heated for $60/night if the Texas heat hasn't already done so. Pool towels are provided!

Our back patio has plenty of seating, a smart tv, natural gas fire pit and BBQ, and some yard games.

Take in the sun on our roof top! Turf area with lounge chairs to catch some rays and views.

Laundry room equipped with washer, dryer, steamer, iron, and of course detergent/dryer sheets.

Parking: Out of respect for the neighborhood we only allow 4 vehicles at the property. This includes anyone visiting, so please ride share/Uber accordingly. Vehicles must be parked either in the 2 car garage, driveway, or in front of our property. Please do not park in front of our neighbors homes.

Guest access

We kindly ask that any outdoor activities be kept to the backyard to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our neighborhood. Additionally, please park only in front of the property to avoid any conflicts with our wonderful neighbors.

Other things to note

IMPORTANT: We live in a neighborhood full of families and ask that you give them the utmost respect. With that, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR EVENTS. Birthday, bachelor, and bachelorette groups we ask that you keep the partying on the town and leave the house only for the relaxing/recovering. We obviously want you to enjoy our home, but please keep noise at a reasonable level especially when outside the home. Quiet hours are 9:00pm to 8:00am. We would prefer if you could stay inside during these hours to avoid noise complaints. We have a decibel meter that will notify the booker by text if noise reaches a disrespectful level. Any tampering or disabling of this device will result in a $500 fine.

The use of amenities such as the pool and spa are at guests' own risk. We encourage all guests to utilize these features responsibly, always keeping safety in mind.

By booking with us, guests acknowledge and agree to these conditions. As always, common sense is key when enjoying all the delights this property and its surroundings have to offer.
