You’ll have the entire unit to yourself. One storage closet will remain locked and inaccessible to guests.
-Absolutely NO SMOKING
-No parties or events
-Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property
-Do not leave out any food out that will attract unwanted pests
-Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
-If there`s any accidental damage, let me know ASAP and I`ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
-Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours
-Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay.
-If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Any additional people must be pre-approved prior to final reservation. Only registered guests (guests that are on the reservation) are allowed at the house. Any visitors must be disclosed and approved by me.
