Guest Access:

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home, parking and outdoor amenities. We ask everyone to be kind and courteous while staying at our property. And move inside after 1030pm. Some amenity lights may not turn on after that time.

Please note:

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 8 vehicles in reserved spots in the driveway.. NO MORE THAN 8 VEHICLES unless authorized by Host in advance.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the homes.

✹ PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ 30 GUEST MAX. OCCUPANCY MONITORED AND ENFORCED. If more than 16 Guests, please indicate how many in a message to the Host. Please note: Additional person fees will apply as Airbnb only calculates fees up to 16.

✹ Please note, that this property does not allow smoking or prolonged drinking and partying. If you’re a disrespectful, loud, or rowdy group, THIS SPACE IS NOT FOR YOU. The property has outdoor cameras and noise decibel detection devices that are monitored at all times.

✹ Please note all persons on the property are considered chargeable guests and need to be accounted for on the reservation. This includes any visitors. The price will be automatically calculated when you book based on the number of guests you enter. After 12 guests, the rent increases by $55.56 per person per night for each night of the entire reservation. Occupancy cannot be broken down into individual night charges. Please note, the property has outdoor security cameras and occupancy is monitored and enforced.

✹ The pool(s) can be heated for a fee. Please inquire for details. Heated pool desired temperatures can be extremely subjective and cannot be guaranteed, though we will try our best.

✹ Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the Host will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.

✹ Though we won't likely greet you in person upon arrival, our commitment to your comfort and satisfaction remains paramount. Throughout your stay, we'll stay in touch regularly, ensuring everything meets your expectations. Should any questions arise or if you require assistance, we are always just a message away. Additionally, we have a dedicated ground team on standby; in the rare event of a needed repair or any issue, they can swiftly attend to the space. Rest easy knowing we've got every detail covered to ensure a seamless, delightful stay.
