This lovely 70 m² apartment is ideally located close to popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide range of restaurants offering various dining options.

The apartment is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright living area with a comfortable sofa to relax on, a TV to watch your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Oversized windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The ground floor also features a fully equipped kitchenette with all the essentials you need to prepare tasty home-cooked meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all necessary cookware and utensils.

Upstairs, there are two en-suite bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. One of the bedrooms has access to a balcony with a table and chairs, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, so you have everything you need to freshen up during your stay.

For your peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival.

Located on the 3rd floor, the building has an elevator, but please note that stairs are required to reach the bedrooms on the upper level of the apartment.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Near this location, you’ll find charming canals, the iconic Art Nouveau buildings, and the colourful moliceiro boats. Don’t miss the Museu de Aveiro and the picturesque Rossio area. For a bite, try fresh seafood at O Bairro or sample local sweets like ovos moles at nearby cafés.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station is just a 5-minutes walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 60-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
