Unser Haus ist voll ausgestattet mit einer Gourmet-KĆ¼che, komfortablen groƟen Schlafzimmern, einer privaten Terrasse mit Grill, Garage fĆ¼r 2 Autos, Buggys, Pack n Plays, StrandtĆ¼chern und Spielzeug! Wenn Sie das Haus erreicht haben, werden die Autos in der Garage abgestellt und erst wieder verlassen, wenn Sie Avila Beach verlassen. Alles ist zu FuƟ erreichbar!

Der gerƤumige Grundriss fĆ¼hlt sich viel grĆ¶ĆŸer als 1700 mĀ² an. Es hat einen schƶnen Blick auf die Berge mit eigenem Achterdeck und Grill, umgeben von BƤumen und GrĆ¼n. Die KĆ¼che verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber Granit-Arbeitsplatten, KĆ¼chengerƤte aus Edelstahl und eine komplette Haube, damit sich jeder Gourmet erfreuen kann. Das Haus ist eines der wenigen in Avila, das ein individuelles Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 BƤdern fĆ¼r 8 Personen ist. Komplett mit Garage fĆ¼r 2 Autos und WaschkĆ¼che mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Zimmer bestehen aus einer groƟen Master-Suite mit Queensize-Bett, KleiderschrƤnken fĆ¼r Sie und Ihn, die mit einem kompletten Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken, Badewanne und Dusche verbunden sind. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber ein Queensize-Bett mit vollem Schrank. Das dritte Zimmer verfĆ¼gt Ć¼ber zwei (2) Einzelbetten, die mit mehreren Kinderspielzeugen und BĆ¼chern ausgestattet sind. Es gibt auch eine volle Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer und eine Luftmatratze. Weitere Luxusartikel, die wir fĆ¼r Ihren Gebrauch aufbewahren, sind Hochstuhl, Kinderwagen, Pack and Play, Boogie-Boards, Strandspielzeug, Sonnenschirm und LiegestĆ¼hle.

5 GRƜNDE, BEI AVILA BEACH GEM

1.) STANDORT, STANDORT, STANDORT. Wir befinden uns in der Stadt Avila und sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand, Restaurants und Golf entfernt. Sobald Sie ankommen, wird das Auto normalerweise die ganze Zeit in der Garage fĆ¼r 2 Autos abgestellt und Sie kƶnnen alles in Avila zu FuƟ erkunden. Unser Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, so dass nachts viel PrivatsphƤre und Ruhe herrscht. Kein Restaurant oder BargerƤusch bis spƤt in den Abend, nur die Ruhe!

2 AVILA BEACH GEM EXPERIENCE. WƤhrend Ihres Aufenthaltes bei uns wird unser Zuhause Ihr Zuhause, und wir mƶchten, dass Ihre Erfahrung unvergesslich wird. 3. GRƖSSENANFORDERUNGEN - Familienzeit in Top-QualitƤt lƤsst sich nur schwer an einem kleinen Esstisch oder einem kleinen Hotelzimmer genieƟen. Mit fast 1700 Quadratmetern (4-5 mal so groƟes Hotelzimmer) Unser Haus bietet Platz fĆ¼r bis zu 8 Personen am Esstisch. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr groƟ, sodass Sie sich nicht wie in einem Schrank fĆ¼hlen. Und vergessen Sie nicht das gerƤumige Wohnzimmer mit einer groƟen Couch und zwei weiteren weichen bequemen Sesseln!

4 KINDER FREUNDLICH. Wir haben Kinder, daher verstehen wir die Probleme, wenn wir HochstĆ¼hle, Spielstifte und SpaziergƤnger mitnehmen, wenn wir reisen. Also haben wir das fĆ¼r Sie beseitigt und alle diese Artikel hier im Haus bereitgestellt. Es gibt auch BĆ¼cher, Spielzeug, Filme und Spiele, um die Kleinen zu unterhalten, wenn sie nicht am Strand sind! Luxurious coastal escape

Well appointed Beach house just a few minutes walk from the beach and pier. We had kids with us and were delighted to find a number of games and beach toys for them to use while visiting. Similarly kitchen was well set up for basic cooking and made the stay more comfortable. Pet tolerant (i.e., for a nonrefundable fee). All in all a great setup.

Wonderful home

My family enjoyed this well stocked home. Here is a list of what we liked: furnishings in great shape, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood., close to beach and spacious home. Every thing was great and never needed to contact property manager. I give this home an excellent rating!

Clean & Comfortable in Good Location

Property is exceptionally clean. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the living and dining areas for the three bedrooms which is not always the case with vacation rentals. The beds were comfortable. Short walk to the beach and easy drive to SLO. Thanks for a nice family getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was great. Host was communicative. Home was clean (although the masters bathroom faucet leaks and water filter in fridge needs to be replaced.) Convenient location just a handful of blocks from the beach and downtown Avila. Although good stay I thought it was a little pricey. The condo is tucked in, no ocean views.

No place to park!

We picked this place because it was dog friendly and had two parking spots. The parking spots are VERY tiny, if you need two spots and your not driving a small car don't stay here. The other reason was dog friendly, there is only a very small weedy spot for a dog. There were also black ants in every room. This was probably one of the worst Vacation rentals I have ever rented. :(

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first time to Avila beach and we loved it! Such a cute beach town and lots of fun activities to do as a family and of course, great times on the beach! The house was in a pretty good location and on a quiet street. The WiFi didnā€™t work upon arrival which was stressful, as we had to set up baby monitors and had work calls/emails to make. The response time about the issue was decent. They requested no shoes in the house, which we agree is a great household rule. However, the floors were so dirty and the bottoms of our feet were filthy by the end of the day of walking around with no shoes. Clearly the floors werenā€™t cleaned before our arrival. The house provided some beach toys, beach chairs, and an umbrella which was awesome. The kitchen was super underwhelming. They didnā€™t have any basic cooking supplies, storage bags for leftovers, etc. if you do decide to stay here, bring these kinds of things with you, the amount of kitchen supplies was pretty limited. Overall, if you want a basic place to stay, this will work for you!

Good size, well-furnished, needs work

Overall this property is fine if you can tolerate many minor issues. It was very clean, well-furnished, lots of extra towels, helpful extras like beach chairs, sand toys, pack-n-play, high chair, games and puzzles. One bathroom is great, the other is tiny. Nice to have a room with two twin beds for our kids but the beds creaked and squeaked really loudly! Kitchen is reasonably well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils - with a few notable exceptions, like a tea kettle. Also there were several items missing (sheet pans were re-stocked during our stay - thanks!). Many lightbulbs were out; property manager sent out someone to fix it during our stay, which was good. But neglected to alert us to his presence and he wasnā€™t able to replace all the lights that were out. Also almost every light in this house flickers especially when fridge is running. We had to keep most of the lights off to spare a migraine sufferer in our family. Really disappointed that several of the cranks on the windows were labeled as broken so some of the rooms were quite stuffy. This seems like it could be a fire hazard if windows are inoperable. Property manager was responsive to issues that that could be easily addressed during our stay. Overall the place is fine, great size for our family, convenient to walk down to beach and village. But it has some large maintenance issues that need to be addressed.

Good Position But Not Well Looked After and Expensive

My husband and I stayed at your beach house Sept 14-16 and there are several things we thought you should be aware of: Several windows are inoperable. Carpets are stained and when we arrived there was a large wet spot (stain) in the hallway near the garage door. The wicker chair with white cushions in the family room was soaking wet. I sat down and about 30 seconds later I realized my pants were very wet. It had obviously been recently cleaned. On that same chair a child's sock was found crumpled up (obviously the cleaning crew missed it). Most blinds were not operable (most of the turning devices to open them are missing). Pedestal lamp in family room doesn't work Iron doesn't work and there is no ironing board Only one cleaning person arrived to clean the property upon our departure You have a nice beach house in a beautiful location and it's apparent it is not being cared for properly. You advised us to contact Beach Bum Rentals instead of booking through VRBO, which we happily did. However, had we known the level of service we would receive from them, we definitely would have gone through VRBO instead. We requested the key be at the rental unit as we were driving from Northern California and didn't want to drive an extra 16 miles (there and back) and we were told that was a lot extra for a lockbox. Seems a bit excessive but we agreed. Next, they sent the contract to me with a "no dogs policy". I had specifically run a search on VRBO for dog friendly rentals. So I called and they said it was an additional (very large) cleaning charge on top of the existing (also large) exit cleaning. We felt this was totally excessive but again we agreed as we were only two days away from our vacation date and there was little else available. What makes this amount so outrageous is the rental property is well worn with stained carpets, stained furniture, inoperable blinds and windows and generally not very clean. Last, I have no idea why this is listed as pet friendly - it has no yard.

The kitchen is very well stocked and organized. The entire house is clean and the furniture is comfortable. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and having chairs, towels and beach toys was so nice! Would definitely stay here again.

The furnishings were spartan and that was fine with us other that the master bed. The mattress was dated and uncomfortable with the bed frame on wheels so the bed shifted through the night if you turned. Also it needed a headboard as it was positioned under a window with window blinds for a head rest.The condo seemed clean but as they ask you not to strip the beds??? Parking a 2023 SUV was challenging especially if the bay opposite the garage was occupied.

This house was perfect for the 4 of us with space to fit more. For being a dog-friendly home (which I was thankful for), it was very clean. It was set up very well for guests, we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, so nice to be able to walk to beach and restaurants. Hope to come again soon!
