Wintertime guests are only shuttle ride up to Beaver Creek Mountain or walk from the Riverfront Gondola, which will take you right up to the slopes of Beaver Creek Landing Base. In warmer weather, hop on the Eagle River bike path just outside and explore the area, or enjoy freshwater fun at Nottingham Lake. Beaver Creek Golf Club, fishing at Gore Creek River, and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants all await you.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
