Dixie Arrow is located ocean-side with direct boardwalk access to the beach on the quiet Oceanview Drive. The third floor has a large great room with ceiling fans and a brand-new (2024) kitchen with a breakfast bar. Sliding doors lead to a large, all-new (as of 2024) deck with an ocean view complete with deck furniture and a picnic table. The second floor features a bonus room for kids with a foosball table, a new stair tamer, a TV with front side A/V jack, a sofa bed, and a second fridge/freezer. A private deck exits the first floor to a private decked pool. The grill, fish cleaning station area, and showers are located in the under-house entry. Avon Fishing Pier is located 400 yards North and Club Hatteras is 400 yards West on route 12.
