Good Location, Nice Condo

Clean and updated. Great location! 15 minutes to Vail and less than 5 to BC. The shuttle to BC worked really well. Be advised that you will need to make an appointment in the office to take a shuttle to Vail. Otherwise you can take shuttle to BC and then use the town bus to Vail.

building looks old and tired. The elevated stairways and sidewalks were sagging and looked unsafe. The chek in was frustrating because we were given the wrong code and when we contacted the management they too had difficulty finding the code and we stood outside locked out of the unit for quite some time. Despite that , the interior was updated and very nice but the carpet was old and worn.

Clean Place, Good Location, some check in issues

This condo is clean and updated. The location to Beaver is awesome and Vail is a short drive away. Check in was a pain. The door code we were given was wrong and customer support was time consuming and marginally helpful. It took 24 hours to get the right code. Also, a map with the location would be helpful. There was no information in the condo on anything local (food, buses, etc.)

Misleading Discription and Inept Property Mgmt. Co.

I would like to start off positive- this condo was very clean, very updated, and well stocked. The owners did a great job; however, I hope they know how inept the property mgmt. company (Vacasa) is. I chose this property because the description stated that you could "sip drinks on your private balcony and gaze across Nottingham Lake and Beaver Creek Mtn." You cannot see one inch of the lake - you are staring at your neighbors balcony and a tennis court. I even questioned that statement before booking because of the pictures and received confirmation back that it definitely overlooks the lake. Other issues: 1: The arrival email instructions gave us the wrong entry code; the wrong Wifi Address and code; and told us our parking permit would be in the condo. No parking permit. We were on the phone with the 800 number 5 times trying to get correct information. 2: Went to dinner and once again, could not enter the condo. On the phone to the 800 number again. We finally got in and they sent a maintenance person out the next day to repair the keypad. 3. The local Vacasa management (Angela and Kyle) were helpful but the corporate level was the worst I have ever encountered. They offered to move us to a different condo but it had a spiral staircase that my husband could not handle due to recent knee surgery. They agreed to refund us for one night; however, we have now had 4 conversations with both local and corporate Vacasa, have received 3 different confirmations that it was processed, but now they say it will take 30 days. Have never had this kind of customer service before. Again - the owners have done a great job with the condo; however, I hope they find a more reliable property management company.

Great Place & Great Town

This condo was perfect for our family getaway. There is a community pool and it is steps from the lake and walking paths that lead both to shops and restaurants or along the beautiful river. You can walk pretty much everywhere within 5-15 minutes. There is a grocery store nearby as well. A great place!

Great Location!

Had a wonderful stay! Location was great! Close to Vail. Although my dealing with the booking process was less than desired it was a great vacation and I would stay here again. Nice furnishings, comfortable couch and the beds were ok as well. We really enjoyed the Nintendo system. Kitchen was nice but a couple of things you should get are a whisk, cheese grater and a Colander that can drain a pot of pasta. The knives were a nice touch. Could have used a couple more towels or some pool towels. Finding your unit at night is very hard better signage would be helpful. All in all it was a great place and I would stay here again.

Difficult place to find

Needs better signage. Hard to find in the dark. Distance to the hot tub was far after a long day of skiing. Overall great place. Loved the condo and would recommend to friends forsure.

Love Avon

Having been to the area before, I knew the location by Harry A. Nottingham park was idea. I didn't get a chance to check out some of the amenities but the unit was clean, nice, and very satisfactory. I'd stay there again.
