Patio doors lead to the enclosed garden grounds, home to a private swimming pool, alfresco dining facilities, sun loungers, and a cushioned seating area where you are invited to spend both warm days and summer evenings. To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 2 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. There are 2 steps down from the alfresco dining area to the poolside. The remainder of the terrace is mostly flat, spacious and tiled. The pool has step access. There are no ground floor bedrooms or bathrooms. There are 18 steps to the first floor where the bedroom door (first bedroom at the top of the stairs) is 70cm wide, and the main bathroom door is 68cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 120cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 120cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
